yep, its up again.

if you notice a crash, you can somehow speed up the reboot by posting in here (as the two nice guys above did) or message me via ICQ, MSN or IRC.

Sadly the server always seems to crash during night times (GMT), i'm really trying to check the site every morning, but its not always possible. sad

ICQ: 59367403
MSN: nanospy.de[at]hotmail.com
ICQ: #nanospy, quakenet

Im still looking into the problem, shouldnt take too long till i fixed it.
Hopefully the server won't crash again till the next site update.

Re: Ventrilospy down?

I've had it bring my entire board down when the server is down.  I had to get into the back end, disable that portion, and then my site came back up.

Is there a way to change the code, that if your server doesn't answer, say in 5 seconds, not to try and load the image?

Thanks for your help.

eh? must be a shit board lol

japes aside, when i go to ventrilospy.net and request an image display for a non-existing server, it still displays an image. There's no error, no missing image, no HTML bug and no page going down.

I'm going to repeat myself: which server are we talking about? which display style (16x16 or 300x20) etc etc.

And you didnt want to post on "Ventrilospy down?" (look its teh topic, dude!).
Please post in topics your post belongs to, thanks.
